Woman (70s) dies days after being struck by vehicle in Dalkey car park

The incident occurred at a car park on the Castle Villas Street in Dalkey on Sunday at about 4.30pm.

The collision involved a vehicle and a pedestrian.

The woman was conveyed to St Vincent's Hospital with life-threatening injuries. She was pronounced deceased on Thursday.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this incident to come forward.

Anyone who was in the Castle Villas street area on Sunday 13th July 2025 between 4:15-4:45pm and who may have any information is asked to contact investigating Gardaí.

Likewise, anyone who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) is asked to make that footage available.
